The Highly Sensitive Heart

Part 1: God’s Beautiful Design

March 7, 2026

LIFE CENTER MINISTRIES

8:00 AM–12: 30 PM

Highly sensitive individuals are often described—sometimes lovingly, sometimes not—as too sensitive, too emotional, or easily affected by their surroundings. Many carry these labels quietly, having learned over time to see their sensitivity as a flaw or a weakness to overcome.

Yet those with a highly sensitive heart are often deeply empathetic, intuitive, and keenly aware of what’s happening beneath the surface. This is no accident. Their sensitivity is not a defect, but a gift—exquisitely designed by God. He has formed them to be more attuned to themselves, to others, to His presence, and to the world around them. This is not a curse to manage, but an honor to steward.

As Christians, our sensitivity to God and to one another should grow as we yield to the Holy Spirit—whether or not we identify as highly sensitive. For some, this growth simply comes through a heart already wired to feel deeply, notice quickly, and love tenderly.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you are highly sensitive—or if you have a child, spouse, co-worker, or friend who might be—this seminar is for you. Together, we’ll learn how to recognize highly sensitive individuals, understand the unique challenges they face, and truly value the strengths they carry. This class is designed to equip you with practical tools, affirm God’s intentional design in sensitivity, and conclude with a meaningful prayer of blessing.

This event is held at Life Center Ministries in the Tigris/Euphrates meeting room.

Available in person and via Zoom.
